เงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้า  (Return and Refund Policy)

1. สินค้าสามารถเปลี่ยนได้ภายในระยะเวลา 15 วัน โดยนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า สินค้าที่เปลี่ยน จะต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ กล่องหรือบรรจุภัณฑ์ และยังไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน
2. สินค้าต้องเป็นสินค้าที่สั่งซื้อจากร้านค้าออนไลน์ผ่านทาง https://www.kcarthailand.com เท่านั้น
3. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนสินค้า สำหรับรายการสินค้าที่อยู่ในหมวดลดราคา, สินค้าราคาพิเศษ, สินค้า Online Exclusive และ สินค้า Pre-Order ในทุกกรณี
4. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การเปลี่ยนสินค้าในรุ่นเดียวกันเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนสินค้าเป็นรุ่นอื่นทดแทนได้ ยกเว้น กรณีสินค้าหมด

Product Exchange Policy
1. Products can be exchanged within 15 days from the date of receipt. Items for exchange must be in perfect condition, with the price tag, box, or packaging intact, and must not have been used.
2. The products must be purchased through our official online store at https://www.kcarthailand.com/ only.
3. We reserve the right to decline exchanges for discounted items, special-priced items, Online Exclusive items, and Pre-Order items under any circumstances.
4. Exchanges are only allowed for the same product model. Changing to a different model is not permitted unless the item is out of stock.

Note: All products can be exchanged within 15 days of receipt. Items that have been washed or have had the tags removed cannot be exchanged.
